Owner's Club

All Owners of Cottages at Palm Bay have automatic Membership in the Palm Bay Beach Club. Privileges include:

• A free Shuttle Bus to George Town and local restaurants
• A discount of 10% off Rental Car rates
• A 10% discount at the Splash Bar and Restaurant credited to your account at heck-out
• Owners have a preferential unlimited preferred guest rate. This provides 15% per night off of the posted Unit rate for any Unit the Owner occupies
• If the Owner has guests using other Palm Bay Cottages during the Owner’s stay they will be entitled to a 10% discount per night off of the posted Unit rate for any Unit they occupy
• Unlimited use of the Palm Bay beach area including use and access to sailing craft, paddle boats and kayaks
• Unlimited use of any of our pool areas that include water basketball, volleyball and pool accessories
